Ethan James [Ethan2Rock] (b. 29 October 1996)

Rock Soloist

Ethan has just turned 11 (2007) and has been playing the guitar for 5 years, started singing a couple of months ago, has been playing the piano for a year. Has a bash on the drums from time to time. Ethan likes classic rock, and classic, Green Day, U2, Op Shop, Fallout Boy, he likes songs that have good messages and is learning cover songs as well as his own originals.

Ethan lives in Auckland, New Zealand, with Mother Julie and Father Leonard. Other interests he has are unicycling, stilt walking, skateboarding, and a few other sports. He has started doing plays and shows this year. Ethan loves animals. Enjoys watching music videos. Instruments played: guitar, piano, drums, a little bass, singing (just started 2007).

Shows: Hibiscus Coast Idol - won Best Original Artist. Hamilton Home Show - performed on stage for the first time with adults and also busking and unicycling and invited back next year. Ellerslie Flower Show - went around stalls entertaining with his guitar. Charlie Chaplin Play - he played young Charlie, a newspaper boy, a thief and a unicycle character. Christmas Showcase - singing two songs - one original "I understand" and an Oasis song (Wonderwall).
