Michel Berger In 1963, Pathé-Marconi organized youth singing auditions where Michel went with three of his friends. They performed two songs: "L'amour, tu n'y crois pas" and "Amour et soda". He released his first LP in 1964 called "D'autre filles" with Jean-Philippe Saint-Géours.

He became well-known in France as a songwriter, composer, and singer.

He died of a heart attack on August 2, 1992
