Brendan MacFarlane (b. 25 September 1997) Celebrating 13 Years This Month

Country Soloist

Brendan is an 11 year old, happy schoolboy who's very down to earth. He is like any other kid, until he sings. And that's what he loves to do. He started singing when he was two, inspired by " I'm so lonesome I could cry" by Hank Williams.

A love of country, bluegrass and gospel music followed. Brendan also plays the guitar and knows his way around most instruments from piano to a drum kit. He also does a pretty mean beatbox.

Brendan loves singing other peoples songs but he wants to sing his own songs. He has three finished songs that he is rehearsing at the moment and he is working on more.

He dreams of singing at the Opry and The Country Music Awards. He would love to duet with Alison Krauss and Brad Paisley, two artists he is a huge fan of.
