Hubertus Baumann, Frank Sahesch-Pur (boy soprano) and Michael Hoffmann (boy contralto) are singing with Heiner Hopfner (the Evangelist) and Nikolaus Hillebrand (Christ), the last two also trained as Domspatzen, and still keep in close touch with their old school, taking over solo parts with the choir. Georg Ratzinger is the chorus master; the Collegium St. Emmeram is under the direction of Hanns-Martin Schneidt. The recording is from 6-25.7.1977.
