Adam Urosevic Adam Urosevic was born in Vienna of Serbian parents. His mother had previously lived and studied in Northern Ireland. He is a soloist of the Vienna Boys' Choir with a strong, high coloratura soprano voice. At the age of twelve, Adam had already travelled the world with the Choir. In 2003 he sang the lead role in the children's opera Seidenstrasse (Silk Road) throughout China and in South Korea and Macao. In 2004 he sang in Osaka, Japan, at the Memorial Concert for the victims of the earthquake, followed by several appearances in the USA including Carnegie Hall in New York.

In 2005 Adam toured Australia and New Zealand with the Choir. His performances in Europe have included concerts in the Netherlands, France, Germany and Italy (2003 and 2005) and the musical Wiener Lächeln (Viennese Smiles) in both Vienna and Berlin (2004 and 2005). In May 2005 he sang at the 50th Anniversary Celebrations of the founding of the Republic of Austria in his home city as a regular member of the Haydnchor, one of the four sections of the Vienna Boys' Choir that sings in the Imperial Court Chapel on Sundays and in the Musikverein (Music Society) on Fridays. In 2006 he frequently sang the role of First Boy in Mozart's Zauberflöte (Magic Flute) at the Vienna Volksoper, and was the special guest soloist at two international concerts and a Christmas service in Northern Ireland (Belfast and Armagh). In January and February of 2007 he accompanied the Choir on tours to Korea, Spain and the USA, after which he won the top music scholarship for voice and piano at the famous Harrow School in London, where he now gives concerts as a tenor. His most recent achievement has been as soprano soloist on six of the thirteen tracks of the Vienna Boys' Choir's 2007 CD I am from Austria (Koch Universal 06025 1706568).

Adam plays the piano, flute and guitar and has also performed in instrumental concerts. He is fluent in four languages (German, Serbo-Croat, English and French) and is an avid learner with a keen interest in classical music, dance, physics, science and reading. He enjoys visiting museums and is an animal-lover and an enthusiastic sportsman who practises skiing, swimming, diving, football and cricket.

Adam was appointed Principal Guest Artist of The Dublin Orchestra in January 2009
